Each of our services are rendered with the same foundation, for the utmost level of clean. We pride our services on our attention to detail, efficiency, respect to client property, and overall client satisfaction. We charge based on an hourly basis and provide all products and supplies.
Property cleaning & maintenance

Our primary specialty is cleaning and servicing common areas in rental properties and apartment complexes. Our team is efficient, respectful of residents, and top-notch at communication. We are happy to be the eyes for property owners, relaying any pertinent information, big or small. We are reliable, and can adjust easily to any necessary changes (schedule or task-related). We are also willing to work within and discuss preferred or required budgets.
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

We understand the importance of a thorough final cleaning, before handing owners their new or newly renovated home. We use a double HEPA-filtered backpack to combat post-construction (saw)dust. We clean up everything inside and out, including cabinets, left-over paint spotting, and remaining tape. We clean fixtures and windows, too!
small business & commercial cleaning
We generally start with a more intensive (and longer) initial cleaning, grabbing everything from top to bottom and in between, to remove any accumulation and allow for easier, more efficient future maintenance. From there, regular cleanings are most commonly scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
VACATION HOMe CLEANING

We provide seasonal and year-round vacation home cleaning and check-ins in both the Oshkosh and Green Lake area. We also provide turnover cleanings for rentals or guest visits, and understand the importance of a timely turnover. We also offer in-home laundry and linen services for rental turnovers.
REAL ESTATE CLEANING
​
Whether you are a realtor or home-owner looking for a move-in or move-out cleaning, we are diligent. We can give peace of mind, knowing that remaining dirt build-up is removed and that the home is fresh and sparkly for tentative buyers, future owners, professional photos, open houses, and showings. We can organize, to help better stage a home, too!
Unpacking &/OR organizing

To help ease the burden of transitioning to a new home, we have added unpacking and organizing to our services. We are bonded and insured, and most of all, handle items with care. We value what is important to our clients. We are glad to assist in simplifying the moving process and help alleviate some of the stress.
